EVEREVE Return Policy: 30 Days, Tags On, and a $6.95 Mail Return
EVEREVE’s return policy gives you 30 days to return an item, counted from the date you bought it in store or from the date a shipped order was delivered. The item must be unworn, with its original tags still attached. Mail returns cost a flat $6.95 through USPS, while returns made in a store are free. Once EVEREVE receives your return, your refund takes an estimated 15 to 20 business days and goes back to your original form of payment.
This guide walks through the full EVEREVE return policy. You will find the return windows, the step-by-step mail and in-store process, what cannot be returned, how gift returns work, the holiday extension for purchases made late in 2026, and how long each refund method takes.

How to Return an Item to EVEREVE
- Check your window and the condition of the item. Count 30 days from your in-store purchase date, or from the delivery date for a shipped order. The item must be unworn, with its original tags still attached. If a tag is missing or the item has been worn, EVEREVE can refuse the return.
- Choose in store or by mail. In-store returns are the simplest route, and they avoid the mail fee. Online orders can be returned at any EVEREVE store, and in-store purchases go back to a store too.
- For a mail return, start the return online. Look up your order using the email address and zip code you used to place the order. Next to each eligible item, you will see a blue link that says how many days are left for the return. Click that link and follow the prompts to continue, or to add more items.
- Download the single-use return label. EVEREVE generates a label for your return, and it is emailed to you so you can download or print it when it suits you. If you are returning items from more than one order, process the online return for every order and print every label. If the items travel in one package, put one label on the outside and place the other labels inside the package.
- Send the package back by USPS. The flat rate for a mail return is $6.95. You can place the return in your mailbox, or schedule a free USPS pickup. Keep your tracking details until the refund arrives.
- Wait for your refund. Once EVEREVE receives your return, the estimated timing to receive your refund is 15 to 20 business days. The refund is credited back to your original form of payment.
How Long Do You Have to Return Items to EVEREVE?
The standard window is 30 days. For a purchase made in a store, the 30 days run from the date of the in-store purchase. For a shipped order, the 30 days run from the delivery date. That delivery-date start matters. An order that takes days to arrive does not lose return time while it is in transit.
The condition rule is just as firm as the time limit. Items must have their original tags still attached and be in unworn condition. EVEREVE reserves the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. Returns that do not meet the policy requirements may be sent back to the customer. A pattern of atypical or excessive returns may also lead to purchase or return restrictions in stores or online.
If you are close to the deadline, use the in-store route where you can. A return handed over at a store is in EVEREVE’s hands that day. A mail return still has to travel, so start it early enough that EVEREVE receives it in good time.
Can You Return an Online Order to an EVEREVE Store?
Yes. EVEREVE states this plainly on its Shipping & Returns page. Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition, including online orders, may be returned or exchanged at your local store within the 30-day return window. The same holiday extension applies in store.
This is the best option for most shoppers. There is no $6.95 mail fee, no label to print, and no wait for the package to travel. EVEREVE has over 100 stores across the United States, and its store locator on evereve.com will show the nearest one. Bring the item and your order details, and the store team can process the return or exchange on the spot.
In-store pickup orders work the same way. If you picked an order up in a store, you can return it to a store within the same 30-day window, in the same unworn, tags-on condition.
Can You Return to EVEREVE Without a Receipt?
EVEREVE does not publish a no-receipt return route on its Shipping & Returns or FAQ pages. The published policy describes returns in terms of the purchase and the delivery date, and the online return process starts by looking up your order with the email address and zip code used to place it. That lookup is how EVEREVE finds your purchase.
So bring your proof of purchase with you. For an online order, that means your order confirmation email and the email address and zip code used at checkout. For an in-store purchase, bring your receipt. If you cannot find your receipt, contact the Care Team at support@evereve.com or on 1-877-290-6262 ext. 2 before you travel to a store, and include your order number and the items you want to return so the team can help you more quickly.
Do not assume a return without any proof of purchase will be accepted. EVEREVE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet its policy, and a return without a receipt or an order lookup is the most likely to be turned away.
What Can’t Be Returned to EVEREVE?
EVEREVE publishes a short list of items that are final sale, plus one event-based restriction:
- Gift cards — gift cards may not be returned, full stop.
- Intimates and tights — all intimates and tights are final sale, with one exception: bodysuits can be returned.
- Fashion fundraiser purchases — returns are not permitted for purchases made during a fashion fundraiser. Items in unworn condition, with original tags still attached, may be exchanged within 30 days of the in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date.
- Items without tags, or items that have been worn — these fall outside the return policy itself, so they can be refused and sent back to you.
Check the product page before you buy intimates, tights, or anything sold as part of a fundraiser. If an item is final sale, the 30-day window does not apply to it at all.
Does EVEREVE Charge a Return Fee?
A mail return costs a flat $6.95. That is the USPS return rate EVEREVE publishes on its Shipping & Returns page, and it applies to each mail return you send. In-store returns carry no fee that EVEREVE publishes, so returning to a store is the free option.
Two other charges are worth knowing about before you order. First, all shipping fees are non-refundable, including the $6.95 shipping charge that applies to each pair of shoes ordered. Free shipping applies to purchases over $50 before tax, but the shoe charge still applies even when the order total passes $50. Second, a confirmed and shipped order that you refuse and that comes back to EVEREVE is subject to a 20% restocking charge. If you change your mind after an order has shipped, it is cheaper to accept the delivery and return it through the normal process than to refuse it at the door.
There is no restocking fee published for a normal return made inside the 30 days. The $6.95 mail fee is the only routine cost, and you can avoid it entirely by returning in store.
How Are Refunds Issued and How Long Do They Take?
Once EVEREVE receives your return, the estimated timing to receive your refund is 15 to 20 business days. That is a longer wait than many clothing retailers publish, so plan around it. The refund is credited back to your original form of payment.
| Payment method | How the refund arrives |
|---|---|
| Credit or debit card | Credited back to the original card used for the purchase |
| Gift card plus another payment method | Refunded to the gift card first, until the gift card balance is fully refunded, then the rest to the original payment method |
| Prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex | Reimbursed to the original prepaid card — keep the card even if its balance is fully used up |
| Cash | Reimbursed to an EVEREVE Gift Card, which can be used in store, at evereve.com, or at Trendsend.com |
| Gift receipt return | Issued as a credit on an EVEREVE Gift Card |
| Shop Cash used for the purchase | Returned to your Shop Cash balance, unless the Shop Cash has expired |
Two details deserve care. If you paid with a prepaid card, keep that card. EVEREVE states that it is not able to refund to another form of payment if a prepaid card is lost or missing. If you paid with Shop Cash, expired Shop Cash is not returned, and a refund tied to expired Shop Cash may leave a negative Shop Cash balance.
Does EVEREVE Extend Returns for the Holidays?
Yes, and the 2026 extension is already published. Purchases made between November 1 and December 24, 2026 qualify for EVEREVE’s extended holiday return policy. Any purchase made in that period is eligible for return through January 15, 2027, or within 30 days, whichever is longer.
The extension applies to both routes. It is stated on the Shipping & Returns page for mail returns and again for returns and exchanges in stores. The condition does not change: the item must still be unworn, with its original tags still attached. Gift cards and final-sale intimates and tights are still excluded.
If you buy in that November-to-December window, you get the longer of the two deadlines. A purchase delivered on December 20, for example, would still be inside its 30 days on January 15, so the January 15 date is the one that helps most. A purchase made on November 1 is well past 30 days by January 15, so the extension is what saves it.
What About Price Adjustments and Damaged Items?
EVEREVE offers price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within 10 days of the request. Discounted items, sale-event purchases, and purchases made with rewards coupons or discount codes are excluded. EVEREVE does not price-match competitors. An approved price adjustment is processed back to the original form of payment and can take 7 to 10 business days to complete.
For a damaged or defective item, the return may need approval first. EVEREVE says that when you return an item that is damaged or defective, the team may reach out for more information before approving the return. Watch for an email with questions or updates, and reply promptly so the return is not delayed. If your return shows as pending approval, that is what it means: the team is checking the damage before it clears the return.

Conclusion
EVEREVE’s return policy is simple to follow and strict on the details. Thirty days, unworn, tags on: meet those three tests and the return goes through, in store for free or by mail for $6.95. The refund is the slow part, at 15 to 20 business days, so return early if you need the money back quickly. Keep your receipt and your prepaid card, check the final-sale list before you buy intimates, and use the holiday extension if you shop between November 1 and December 24, 2026.
