The condition rules are strict, and swimwear has its own rule on top. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused, with the original tags still attached. How to Return an Item to Edikted

1. Start the return on the right portal. For US returns, go to edikted.happyreturns.com and enter your order number and zip code. For global and UK returns, use the Global-e returns portal linked from Edikted’s Returns & Exchanges page, and enter your order number and email.
2. Select the items and choose how to send them back. In the US, choose between the post office or a Happy Returns location. For global returns, submit your inquiry, print the return note, pack the items securely — in the original packaging if possible — and take the package to your local post office with a trackable return method.
3. Do not combine orders. Edikted asks you not to combine multiple orders in a single return, because it complicates processing. Initiate a separate return for each order number.
4. Save your receipt and tracking number. Keep them until you receive your refund. For global returns, Edikted asks you to request a trackable return so the company can monitor where the package is.
5. Or return in store. Items purchased in store or online may be returned to any Edikted retail store within the applicable return window, subject to the same eligibility requirements. In-store returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase — bring the item and a receipt.

How Long Do You Have to Return Items to Edikted?

In the United States, the window is 30 days from the purchase date. The clock starts when you buy, not when the package arrives, so a slow delivery eats into your window. The same 30 days applies to in-store returns and exchanges, whether the item was bought online or in a store.

Outside the United States, the window is longer. Global returns and UK returns both allow 45 days from the purchase date. Returns from Ireland follow the Global Returns process, so the 45-day window applies there too. The longer international window makes sense, since shipping takes longer — but the purchase-date start still applies, so count from the day you ordered, not the day the package landed.

Are Exchanges Really Free?

In the United States, yes — with two limits. Edikted states that for all US exchanges through its portal, the exchange is completely free of charge, but it is limited to one exchange per customer. Start the exchange on the exchange portal, which runs through Happy Returns.

International customers do not get direct exchanges at all. Edikted states plainly that it does not offer direct exchanges for international customers. The route is to send the item back for a refund and then purchase the item you would like instead. In-store exchanges follow the same 30-day window as in-store returns, and they are available for both online and in-store purchases.

Can You Return a Gift You Received?

Edikted’s published policy does not set out a separate gift-return route. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required to process all returns and exchanges, so the person returning the gift needs the order number from the buyer.

The refund form is also fixed: for eligible returns, customers may elect either a refund to the original form of payment or store credit, where permitted. That means the money goes back to the buyer’s card unless store credit is chosen instead. What Can’t Be Returned to Edikted?

• Final Sale items — items marked “Final Sale” or a similar designation are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Worn, washed, altered or used items — Edikted only accepts unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable condition, with the original tags still attached and matching the order or invoice documents.
• Swimwear with a broken hygiene seal — swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed or broken.

• Non-Edikted items — items that are not Edikted products and are sent to the distribution center will be discarded on receipt.
• Returns showing excessive wear, alteration or signs of fraud — Edikted reserves the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear, alteration, potential fraud or other irregular activity.

Sale items are accepted. Edikted’s Help Center confirms that it accepts both full price and sale items, so a discounted price does not make an item final sale unless it is marked as such.

Does Edikted Charge a Restocking Fee?

Edikted does not call its charge a restocking fee, but the cost is real. The returns processing fee is $4.90, deducted from your refund amount. That applies to US returns. International customers face their own costs instead: Canadian customers can use a prepaid return label for a fee of $7 CAD, and UK customers can purchase a prepaid return label for £5.

Original shipping charges and any shipping protection fees are non-refundable, except where an item is determined to be damaged or defective. So a returned order costs you the original shipping, the protection fee if you bought it, and the $4.90 processing fee. The one free route is a US exchange through the portal, which Edikted states is completely free of charge, limited to one exchange per customer.

How Are Refunds Issued and How Long Do They Take?

For eligible returns, you may choose a refund to the original form of payment or store credit, where permitted. Refunds for mailed returns are issued only after the items have been received and inspected to confirm they meet Edikted’s return conditions.

Edikted’s Help Center states that once a return is approved, it may take up to 10 business days to process it before the refund is issued. After the refund is issued, allow an additional three days for it to appear in your bank account.

Does Edikted Extend Returns for the Holidays?

Edikted has published no extended holiday return window. Its Returns & Exchanges page states the standard windows — 30 days in the US and 45 days globally — with no seasonal extension mentioned, and the Help Center repeats the same figures.

That matters because Edikted’s window starts from the purchase date, not the delivery date. A gift bought in late November and opened at Christmas may already be most of the way through its 30 days. If you are buying Edikted as a gift, order as close to the gift date as you can, or check whether the recipient can exchange it in store within the 30 days instead.

Is Returning Different for Store and Online Purchases?

Not much — and that is one of the friendlier parts of this policy. Items purchased in store or online may be returned to any Edikted retail store within the applicable return window, subject to the same eligibility requirements. In-store returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase for both online and in-store purchases. Bring the item and a receipt, and a store associate will process a refund to the original payment method.

The one exception is in Edikted’s Terms of Use, which states that products bought through the site can only be returned through the site, and products purchased in an Edikted store must be returned in the same store where the original purchase was made.
